EXERCISE YOUR BODY AND MIND.

If you’re looking to stretch your mind and your body, the ancient art of yoga is the answer. There's no shortage of celebrities queuing up to tell us about the benefits, but how do you choose which sort of yoga to try? HELEN BLOW spoke to experienced teacher John Ferrabee.
