Wind down your weekend with an Outdoor Yoga Class in the garden at Highlands Mansion in Ft. Washington. We’ll find the perfect spot to lay down our mats and our rest our bodies in this beautiful and serene setting. The practice will start with grounding and some conscious breathing, then onto gentle and stimulating movement. We’ll end with relaxation and a short meditation. Feel free to bring your walking shoes to stroll the gardens or the walking paths on the property, either before or after class. Let the connection to nature restore your body and mind!

Join me Wednesdays in July at the Highlands Mansion in Ft. Washington for an evening of Gentle Yoga. We’ll begin with a grounding practice, then move into breathing and movement. Poetry will be sprinkled through the class to enhance the experience by deepening our connection with our beautiful surroundings. Breathe, move and unwind in this magical setting!

Bring your mat, blanket, layers and water bottle. We’ll find the sweetest spot for class, depending on weather and conditions. Practice will be indoors if weather isn’t optimal.
